Creating Curb Appeal

I want my house to have this same charm.

I've been driving around, taking pictures of houses in Salt Lake with our same brick color.  Not an easy task of creating curb appeal when you don't want to spend much money.  Curb appeal makeovers can get spendy.

A new fence is $thousands.  New columns are at least $hundreds.  Bushes and trees are $hundreds.  Ugh.
