Besides the espresso colored leather couch, the coffee table and end tables are espresso. The rug is based on an oriental design, but with an update of a very light creamy background color. Add a decorative tree, a collection of off-white pillar candles, a red accent wall, and a garden style wrought iron wall decoration, and you've got the style! Don't forget the white baseboards/crown molding and the medium brown wall color.
